The West and many of us Africans have sympathized with Rwanda and admired their comeback from the brink but Kagame has exploited that and used it to subject the same atrocities to E DRC neighbors. Kagame only responds to what affects his economy. And that is Western aid and his blood mineral clients. He ignores those African-led peace missions which have zero leverage on him. Western pressure to his pocketbook is the only language he understands. The rest is noise that he knows how to ignore very well!>>
