Jan 26 was days before Goma attack. FARDC shelled Rubavu killing 16 civilians in Rwanda. Only the returnfire from.Rwanda was however able to send them into disarray. As they fled, they truly looted, burnt down a Prisons, killed people.This made M23 to get into rescue mode and enter Goma. Was this not enough provocation of war by FARDC, FDLR and SANDF?
