Mr president is the most associated with the crimes committed in past in region unless the justice court proves not guilt the rest is just talk and it must be the reason why for p.kagame solution is simple but never solved.
In past we saw the former president of Kenya his excellent Uhuru before the court and the Kenya's conflicts were sorted up to now. So, when p.Kagame points five fingers to others he should probably point one to himself.
