As part of our ongoing strategy of digitising our processes in order to provide more convenience to our members at all our service touch points, the Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB) is proud to announce the launch of the Imisanzu platform. This platform, accessible via imisanzu.rssb.rw, will enable all our members keep track of their pension contributions, access reports, undertake retirement projections and submit any issues or claims to RSSB at their convenience without having to physically come to our offices.
The platform will be launched today on Tuesday, 31st January, 2023 at Kigali Convention Center at 10:00am.
